December Nights 2025

December Nights will be on December 5 and 6 this year.  This is our major fundraiser for the year and most of our money comes in during December nights.  We need full participation from our members.  We need volunteers to prepare food and glögg, serve food and glögg December 6 and 7, and clean up the cottage after the event.  We have set up signup sheets for our volunteers using signup.com.  Here are the links to sign up.  If you are serving food or glögg, you must have a current food handler's permit.

If you missed the food handler course given by HPR, you can complete the course online by a food handler training school that are authorized by the County. There is an online course on sale now at 123PremierFoodSafety.  Be sure to take the San Diego County class.

This will be refunded by the House of Sweden if you submit your receipt to the House of Sweden treasurer.
