We need volunteers to help with decorations, cook food, serve food, cashier, and clean up afterwards.

Here are the jobs

 Fix Cucumbers Friday or Saturday
This should be done the day before the event

 Bring Breakfast for Volunteers 8:00am – 10:00am
Bring sweet rolls and fix coffee for people decorating the cottage and maypole.   Clean up afterward.

Be at the cottage to help out.  Please state the time frame of when you will be there

 
 Bring Flowers and greens 8 -10
Please bring flowers and greens from your garden

 Maypole 8:00am – 10:00am
Decorate the Maypole and Swag for the cottage

 Prepare Meatballs and Gravy 11 am 4 PM

 Serve food to the public
If you are serving food, you should have a food handler's certificate

 Cashier
Take money and give tickets for food and drinks. This is a sit down job.

 Craft Table
We need members of the craft group to sell crafts.  You can select time slots by adding a coment.
12:00pm – 5:00pm

 Clean up cottage

 Clean up kitchen
5:00pm

 Clean up outside
The maypole needs to be taken down and put away and all decorations removed.
We need some strong men to help with this task.
